To check the status of your order:

1. Click on "myAccount" (Top Navigation Bar).

3. Click on “My Current Orders”. This will show all open orders that you have placed with Ontario Glove on-line.

Return Policy

Ontario Glove RETURN POLICIES

If you are eligible for a return based on the conditions below, please email: rga@ontarioglove.com and in the subject line of the e-mail indicate "RGA Request for packing slip #######". Please be sure to include the following information in your e-mail, as we are unable to process your return request without it:

• Your Ontario Glove customer number.
• Your Ontario Glove packing slip number.
• The reason for the return request (i.e.: defective, DOA, etc.) with as much detail as possible.
• The condition of the product packaging: factory sealed, open box/intact, open box/missing items, etc.

A customer service representative will contact you with an authorization number for your return.

RGA’s may be requested by telephone as well (1-800-265-4554).

Helpful Hints to Ease the RGA Process:

1. Keep all products in new condition.
2. Do not remove UPC codes or serial numbers.
3. Do not write or mark the packaging, or contents.
4. Products, whether defective or not, must be returned in the same condition that they were delivered.

General Returns Conditions - Applicable to ALL Returns:

1. Shipping charges are not refundable. unless the return is caused by an Ontario Glove error.
2. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Ontario Glove highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost returns.
3. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and an Ontario Glove Return Authorization ("RGA") number. IMPORTANT: Products returned without a valid RGA # appearing on the exterior packaging will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
4. All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in original purchase condition, with the original packing material, and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer. IMPORTANT: Returned orders with items missing will result in rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee of at least 15%, at Ontario Glove's sole discretion.
5. RGA numbers issued by Ontario Glove are good for 10 days only, and product must be received by Ontario Glove within that time.
6. Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will only be credited to the same card.
7. All returns are subject to verification by Ontario Glove and such verification may result in the rejection of the return, or an additional restocking fee, at Ontario Glove's discretion.

All Other Products:

1. Product that is in its original factory-sealed container may be returned to Ontario Glove within 30 days from invoice date for a refund or exchange.
2. Product that has been opened may sometimes be returned to Ontario Glove within 30 days of the invoice date, although such returns will be on a case by case basis, depending on the manufacturer's return policies, and those returns will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee. All products must be returned in a re-saleable condition based on manufacturer specifications.
3. Any products that are missing will result in rejection of the return or an additional restocking fee of at least 15%, at Ontario Glove's discretion.
4. All returns are subject to verification by Ontario Glove and such verification may result in the rejection of the return, at Ontario Glove's discretion.

Shipping Information

Ontario Glove prides itself on prompt delivery. Orders received before 3:00 pm will be shipped the same day if there is appropriate time to pack your product and ship it. Orders received after 3:00 pm will be shipped the next day. Except in usual circumstances or at peak periods.

Customers may use any courier they choose.

Customers may also choose to have thier order picked up at Ontario Glove using any courier they wish.

Our warehouses are located in Waterloo, Ontario and Buffalo, New York. Operating business hours are from 8 am to 5 pm from Monday to Friday.
